Olivia founded Saguaro Rose Aesthetics after more than a decade in clinical medicine, building her career across emergency care, cardiology, interventional cardiology, and pulmonology. Her experience caring for complex and critically ill patients has shaped a clinical approach grounded in precision, anatomy, safety, and individualized care.

That medical foundation guides every aesthetic treatment she provides. She approaches each patient the way she was trained to approach medicine: assess thoroughly, understand the underlying anatomy, listen carefully to the individual’s goals, and create a thoughtful treatment plan—never doing more than what is necessary to achieve a natural, refined result.

Saguaro Rose was created from the belief that aesthetic care should receive the same level of clinical attention and personal care as any other medical visit.
